Cash Surety Bond

In contrast to a bail bond, a cash bond allows you to pay the entire bail sum, in cash, at the time of the arrest. In order to get a bond, you don't have to meet the requirements of a bondsman or put up assets as collateral. Cash bonds are the only permissible payment method in a lot of jurisdictions, including the Supreme Court.
